Rupe is a Partner in PwC’s M&A practice with over 15 years combined industry and management consulting experience, specializing in Merger Integration and Divestiture Services, with a wide range of experience across the deal continuum (i.e. pre-deal diligence, integration strategy and execution support, synergy planning and realization, complex carve-out transactions).
