   Rupayan heads the global Credit Risk Management Process for approx 30 countries across AMEA & LACAN regions. He ensures to drive business growth while facilitating an accurate credit risk assessment for public and private customers to the country CFOs, Sales and Business Partners to help achieve sales target while ensuring minimum risk exposure for the organisation through a robust credit risk management and country credit limit review processes. Leads a mid sized team of inhouse associates, while also partnering with 3rd party service provides in some MEA & LACAN countries to drive sales, collections and cash apps processes. Maintains a strong collaboration with the CFOs, GSOs, Sales, SCM teams, Business Franchisees, service providers, etc to facilitate a smooth revenue generation pipeline for the organization with minimal risk exposure.
