ABOUT RUPANGI FALDU

As a forward-thinking and hardworking executive, I have 20+ years of proven technical expertise in strategic HSER leadership, policy governance and execution, multi-media environmental management, corporate sustainability and ESG engagement, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, acquisitions and divestitures, executive and board engagement, financial management, servant leadership, team optimization, change and risk management, continuous improvement, organizational design and restructuring, DEI and community engagement. I have been successful at translating organizational mission, vision and strategic requirements into long-term execution roadmaps and annual deliverables through value creation, leveraging strategic partnerships and strategic capital allocation. Over the years, I have provided innovative and sustainable solutions to complex environmental issues across industries including oil and energy, chemicals, manufacturing, building materials, paints, food and beverages, and public entities. With my engineering mindset of driving results through data and analyses, I have been able to streamline various processes/workflows that drive efficiency, visibility and understanding of compliance requirements in various levels of our organization. I truly believe that strategic partnership can drive enhanced value, build trust and deliver significant wins and cost savings. I believe in leading by example and focus on bringing out the best in each of my team members by setting clear objectives, providing support and guidance, and empowering them to achieve their highest potential. To fulfill my passion on DEI initiatives, I have served in various roles to drive awareness, celebrate diversity and advocate for some HR policies that helped Pioneer with both recruitment and retention of workforce. Over the years, I have successfully mentored various professionals and undergraduate students to help drive their vision and exceed expectations.
