   Oversees a team of 20+ level 2 members that supports and maintains the high critical windows servers for the Citi Transaction Services Group. Capacity planning and technical architecture of new applications to determine the most appropriate scalable model. System lead on Datacenter Migrations of various applications by implementing new systems, hardware relocation and side by side migrations with little to no impact to operations and external customers. Disaster Recovery planning and documentation of new and existing Windows Servers infrastructure with minimum failover procedures utilizing SQL, 3DNS, BIG IP, Windows Cluster, Storage Foundation, SRDF and BCV SAN. Troubleshooting and Configuration of Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers including Clustering, IIS, Terminal and Application Components. Provide 24x7 support for the server infrastructure and application environments. Supported Citrix environments for Cash Management and Back Office Systems. Lead on identifying low utilized physical servers to be virtualized in all environments which resulted in cutting overall IT budget costs. In charge of reviewing and identifying changes that may impact GTS Applications. Responsible for maintaining service accounts, groups and users in Active Directory. Perform critical vulnerability patching on windows servers in multi-tier environments on a quarterly basis. Managed Compliance projects and audit violations where I reported findings to the Global IT Director of Global Transaction Services. Perform troubleshooting for applications and network issues and provide system performance tuning. Support geographical data center environments. Responsible for Windows EOL servers to be migrated to Windows 2003 or to be decommissioned. Worked with Dell and HP technicians to troubleshoot and rectify hardware issues on servers. Work with product vendors to resolve problems and enhancements. Assisted in the interviewing and hiring process of new IT Consultants for various projects.
