I have moved here from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, Where I was overseeing business for Tied Agency, Corporate Agency and Broker (CABR) and Bancassurance Channel. Being an integrated head has given me more than adequate exposure and edge as a professional and equips me to better handle responsibilities. For Past 9 years I moved to ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth a CSR arm of ICICI Group as a Centre Head Guwahati for ICICI Academy for skills. My strength lies in great man management and customer relations. I have a good knowledge of products/Services that I manage. With my honesty, integrity and ethics in dealing with customers and employees, I have been able to run the operations of my branches/Centres seamlessly for the past 27 years and have made them profitable. My team members enjoy working with me and I have always strives to be a mentor and coach for them. In my free time, I enjoy reading financial magazines and motivational non-fiction.
