   Shaurya is IIT Kharagpur’s prestigious annual inter-collegiate sports fest, bringing together top athletic talent from 50+ premier institutions across India. As Head of Publicity & Marketing for Shaurya 2025 (7th Edition), held from 31st October to 2nd November 2025 under the theme “The Western Citadel”, I led end-to-end publicity and marketing initiatives, driving nationwide outreach, digital engagement, and contributing significantly to the fest’s successful execution.• Led and mentored 37 sub-heads, collaborating with 21 core heads to streamline cross-team communication, drive strategic planning, and ensure efficient task allocation and execution• Played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing high-impact promotional campaigns, significantly increasing event visibility, outreach, and participant engagement across digital and on-ground platforms• Managed and scaled Shaurya’s official social media handles, overseeing content strategy, posting schedules, audience engagement, and coordination with design teams to strengthen brand presence• Oversaw end-to-end accommodation and logistics for 650+ participants, while coordinating with 300+ Campus Ambassadors nationwide, ensuring seamless operations and successful on-ground execution
