I started with Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, where I handled the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and rolling out offers. Recognized as a top performer, I later transitioned to Global HR Reporting within Capgemini, managing dashboards and insights across geographies on hiring, attrition (voluntary/involuntary), retirements, diversity, and other HR metrics. I worked closely with leadership to deliver accurate, business-ready reports that supported decision-making at scale.At Michelin, I am currently part of the Workday Reporting L1 team, building global dashboards, creating advanced reports with calculated fields, managing data quality, and coordinating with L2 teams, partners, stakeholders and data stewards. I have also automated processes, led reporting initiatives, trained new team members, and worked as a Lean Champion alongside the Progress Leader to drive continuous improvement.
