Physician executive known for my professionalism, peer mentorship, problem-solving, authenticity, and collaborative leadership style through cross-functional work with teams. I value hard work, transparent communication, and mutual appreciation of the knowledge present in any room. Nothing gives me more pleasure to make sure the solutions I contribute to are ideal for the customer - and I use the term \"customer\" broadly: I\'ve had the fortune to have a varied career that has allowed me to leverage both clinical expertise and interpersonal skills, and has allowed me to contribute my interests as a physician far beyond the exam room - which is in its essence my professional and emotional home - where I loved helping a patient navigate their own health decisions and saw wonderful children grow. In the most recent years of my career, I have led an academic division, worked with health systems large and small across the country on improvement of their patient access solutions, and worked as a champion for early childhood health through policy and education related advocacy. I\'m excited to see what the future holds and how I can help improve the world for the sake of patients and families.
