   Working with various teams across Retail, Apple Online store, SAP, Infosec and others to deliver large projects with cross functional and customer impact. Examples include GDPR and compliance implementation, various AppleCare projects including Geo expansion. Past roles included: One of the original field leaders traveling to the retail stores and helping set up equipment for New store opening. Opened around 50 stores and visited many others. Tier 3 Helpdesk support to the stores for issues impacting ability to transact or customer interaction. Worked on a customer counting system called Shoppertrak for all retail stores and corporate partners, this involved getting all customer counts from all stores world wide and making sure the reports were as correct as possible and helping design a new production server.Other responsibilities include managing a warehouse that supplies retail stores with equipment and managing ticket buckets with the help of contractors and project management.
