Responsible for optimizing sales and production planning for the French market to achieve commercial goals.Responsibilities: Dealer\'s orders collecting, sorting & compiling, validating, and all the confirmed orders executing, monitoring, controlling, and fulfillment management. Sales quota assessment and management of dealer tripartite financing business, promoting improvements in order settlements and optimizing operational processes. Dealer payment monitoring and reporting, coordinating and following up on abnormal AR issues. Production M+3 makingKey Results: Define production planning for France, with HQ Production & Sales Forecast (order goals, registration goals, stock KPIs) Sales planning steering to reach the BYD sales goals. Ensure strong relations with BYD HQ product team, central logistics team, and BYD dealer network. Ensure accurate control of data and info shared with all key partners.
