Hi, I’m Ruonan. I\'ve been designing for 10 years, with the last 5 focused on e-commerce marketplaces. At LiveAuctioneers, a marketplace for art and antique collectors, I led the design of the end-to-end shipping experience through multiple 0-to-1 projects and countless tests and research. Before that, I helped millions of tourists discover sightseeing tours at TopView, where I found my passion for designing through deep empathy with users.Before product design, I was an award-winning visual designer. I created dozens of campaigns for renowned clients, including Tiffany & Co, Hennessy, Nobu, Origins, and Bergdorf Goodman.
