Following a vote by industry peers, I have been elected to serve on the board of the CLA for a three-year term.The CLA (https://charitylawassociation.org.uk/) provides a forum to exchange ideas and information on charity law and the impact of law on charities. The CLA has over members, including many of the country’s largest charities and most leading charity lawyers. The CLA is active in the policy arena, through its working parties, the CLA respond to consultations and surveys, actively shaping policy and legislation.
