As a Product Owner at the world\'s most valuable luxury automotive brand, I pursue the goals we have set ourselves as an organization, as we reinvent ourselves for the future, and as we take the next leap forward into an all-electric product portfolio. As a member of the IT organization within Mercedes-Benz, we strive to build products that support this vision and thereby run and transform Mercedes-Benz. Prior to my role as a Product Owner, my career path evolved from being an Associate Business Analyst to a Lead Business Analyst, with more than 7 years of experience in business analysis and related areas, across multiple industries such as retail, transportation and finance. My passion to interact with customers, collaborating, identifying and solving problems, understanding the business behind every action and brainstorming to add value to the solution enables me to expand my horizon with every new engagement. I value ideating with my team, eliciting their feedback and ensuring every voice from the team is heard, as I believe that it is together as a team that we succeed.Beyond work, I am an avid traveller, enjoy long walks and relish the company of a good book and a hot tea!
