I have had multiple (and sometimes overlapping) roles and positions in this company through two acquisitions and two main mergers. I went from managing a three-person start-up to leading the technology efforts for the Frisk Group. Finally, I pivoted back to a full-time focus on product management, now in Falck, which acquired Frisk Group in 2021.As Head of Product Development I lead the strategy, roadmap and development of the Labour Market Services Management platform used in Falck Norway.

I have always been fascinated by technology (and how it can be used to make me spend less time on the boring stuff). At the same time, I am on a constant journey to figure out how people (including myself) function, our behaviour, characteristics, strengths, flaws, differences, and what motivates and engages!This combination of interests has put me on a path to providing technology solutions that help make people less stressed and irritated, more engaged, and hopefully even happier during their workday! I love helping teams understand issues by combining the big picture, the essential details and the people aspects of a problem to the table. In my experience, this is an excellent way of making informed decisions and better agreeing on which buttons to press going forward.
