November Project™ is a global fitness movement with a mission to lower the intimidation of fitness, build human connections, and improve mental and physical health by providing free, fun, weekly workout gatherings throughout the world.In what is now known as Victoria, B.C, where we established NP\'s 25th community on the territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən People, we meet at míqәn - in front of the Petting Zoo at Beacon Hill Park - every Wednesday morning, rain or shine, at 6:29 a.m.

By education and practice I’m a biologist, lawyer, technologist, digital-era public administration leader and coach. In a career that has spanned the commercial, NGO and government sectors, I’ve worked at all times as a continuous learner, change catalyst and bridge across domains to make a positive public impact. My belief - and personal and professional experience - is that the path to these outcomes is through cultivating the holistic health of individuals, and creating the conditions for the potential of diverse, cross-functional, challenge-focused teams and communities to be unleashed.
