Markerstudy Group is primarily known for our association with insurance brands, Markerstudy Insurance, Zenith Insurance and Zenith Marque as well as direct brands Geoffrey Insurance Services, Supercover Insurance and The Insurance Factory. My responsibilities varied between existing relationships and new business for the retail division of Insurance Factory (IF).Responsibilities• Leading and arranging client monthly and quarterly review meetings. • Contributing to the development of existing products and services,• Sales activity planning, including reviewing available MI to identify sales opportunities • Undertaking commercial and contract negotiations • Managing new business pitches through to launch• Maintain compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and organisational policies. • Maintain regular links with clients to ensure their needs are met in order to grow the business• Ensure adherence to all aspect of contracts in accordance with the agreed terms• Take responsibility for the performance of the account to ensure we are in line with agreed forecasted performance• Ensure an understanding of the different contractual arrangements held with our partners• Install best practice and look for continuous ways of improvement• Maintain communication with the Senior Management regarding the accounts performance against BP/Forecast • Ensure the effective management of changes and take responsibility for communicating to external and internal parties where appropriate • Maintain effective working relationships, arrange and lead internal meetings to sustain communication between each business area
