Key Responsibilities:1. B2B Tie-Ups & Site Onboarding:Identify and onboard potential sites, including top institutes, universities, healthcare facilities, corporate parks, and commercial locations, for executing Nescafé, Maggi Hotspot, and KitKat Break Zone kiosks.Drive business growth across Kolkata, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Orissa by expanding the Retail One footprint.2. Agreement Finalization & Renewal:Negotiate, finalize, and renew agreements with all partnered organizations.Ensure contractual terms align with Nestlé\'s business objectives and compliance standards.3. Operator Partner Onboarding:Recruit and onboard potential operator partners (franchisees) to efficiently run the designated kiosks.Ensure partners adhere to Nestlé\'s operational standards and deliver consistent service quality.4. Daily Compliance & Operations Management:Oversee and maintain daily compliance at all kiosks in the assigned zone.Ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and operational protocols.5. Retail One Expansion:Lead the expansion of the Retail One model, successfully opening 50+ kiosks in the last 2 years.Identify new growth opportunities and strategically expand the network.6. Sales Performance & Strategy:Monitor sales performance at each kiosk, maintaining healthy sales records.Support operators with sales strategies to boost revenue regularly.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product mix and pricing.7. Team Motivation & Upselling:Motivate food handlers at each kiosk to actively upsell products.
