As the Business Development Manager of Worcestershire and West Midlands, my role is crucial in identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities to expand Elderly care services.I am responsible for- Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, potential areas for growth, and competitive intelligence to inform our business strategies- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive business plans that fits with Sanctuary Care\'s objectives and values- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organisations, to drive referrals and foster collaborative partnerships- Implementing innovative sales and marketing initiatives to attract new residents and clients while maximising occupancy across all the care homes in the region- Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to achieve targets- Ensuring all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our services- Working closely with the regional, marketing, and facility-based teams to provide support, guidance, and training on business development strategies.In this role, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our elderly residents and their families, while contributing to Sanctuary Care\'s growth and success.
