   Support year-long, city-wide communications strategy for Universal Pre-K in Chicago, through development of project goals, action plans, key milestones, and marketing materials to amplify key messages- Facilitate the creation of UPK external communication materials in collaboration with CPS communications department to raise cross-sector awareness for universal Pre-K access and availability via radio, print, billboards, websites, online ads and social media- Be a point of contact for the Mayor’s Office, DFSS, and other external partners for centralized information and status on CPS’s Universal Pre-K (UPK) initiatives and implementation effort - Draft presentations, briefings and updates to key internal and external stakeholder groups (e.g, principals, CPS leadership, City partners, funders, community leaders, etc.)- Supervise planning and implementation of Pre-K enrollment supports to key external groups including school administrators and staff, community leaders, community members and families- Devise and coordinate a centralized, comprehensive implementation plan for Out of School Time (OST) for Pre-K students, including regular project tracking as well as monitoring and evaluation.
