Improved notification systems to increase engagement and actionable insights.Defined a solution for a multibillion-dollar US insurance company, with integration on many business systems and operational flows. The product includes many niche features such as location master data management, risk accumulation, real time exposure & event analysis, contingent business interruption etc, The system is used globally by data analysts, underwriters and engineers to create quote and policies worth more than billions.Drafted year-on-year road maps and detailed requirements by working with Business, Operations and IT teams. Conducted detailed usage and transactional data analysis for prioritizing the features and detailing the business rules for requirements. The analysis paid off in reducing the users’ effort by more than 60% while writing year-on-year repeat business and in savings in operational costs
