With 4+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, I specialize in driving agency distribution transformation and productivity acceleration across India’s insurance landscape. As a Senior Business Consultant, I architected a quality-gated FLS hiring framework integrating natural market assessment and productivity-linked selection filters to improve early activation and persistency. I also conceptualised and operationalised the Virtual Development Manager (VDM) construct, designing KPIs, workflows, and governance cadence to accelerate productivity ramp-up.
