About Kevin Ruiz

I am a college graduate with background experience in business marketing. Most of my work experience ranges within multiple jobs/internships in my years as an undergraduate and a few afterwards. Through my experiences with internships, volunteer opportunities and entry level jobs as a Social Media Marketing Manager and Digital Media Specialist I have been able to accrue expeditious skills in media marketing prior to starting a career as a post graduate. I have also been very fortunate to have worked with a couple of startup businesses as part of their media marketing team. What interests me in my professional career endeavors is a team I can be a part of long term where I could continue to work hard and produce exemplary results that set my future employer apart in their business ventures.

My role focuses on both strategy development and execution. In addition to campaign management, I oversee client relationships, ensuring recurring deliverables are met. As a manager, I prioritize the development of both direct and indirect reports by setting goals, providing mentoring/ training to junior team members and fostering growth through regular feedback and mentorship from my own team leaders. My mentorship style is centered on building high-performing junior team members, and my own work ethic is centered around delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
