I\'m a dedicated, proud Latino father who grew up in the Bay Area my entire life. Respect and accountability are two values I live by on a daily basis. I am organized, reliable, and a quick learner in everything I do. Previously, I have done AV work in the Bay Area for Rolling Loud, Outside Lands, and my local church. Passionate about sound and video engineering, I continue to prioritize music in my free time. In my past role as a Ramp Lead at San Jose Airport I gained leadership, communication and management experience. Currently I am working as an Enterprise Support Tech Intern at Meta platforms. During my day to day I troubleshoot a variety of problems on Windows, Apple, and Android devices. Passionate about the intersection of information and technology, highly seeking new roles in the IT space.    As an Enterprise Support Tech I assisted on average of 25 Meta employees troubleshoot a variety of technical problems. Aided with Imaging and provisioning 10+ machines to prepare for users to ensure employees were ready to use their devices. Supported Helpdesk regularly, by assisting users with accessory requests, which reduced the number of users waiting in que, allowing team to focus on high level tickets. Managed downtime by organizing my teams work area and setting up next tasks to help increase productivity of the whole team. Routinely used commands in power-shell and terminal to troubleshoot problems on Apple, Android, Windows, and Lenovo devices.
