I\'ve been passionate about working professionally on software for about nearly 25 years now, and the bag of things I want to do or learn is still growing. Today I share my time organizing an advanced worldwide conference on building software (NewCrafts), I advise managing directors on socio-technical agility but also help them change the culture with agile or technical coaching, and sometimes I also give talks, teach future software engineers about architecture and facilitate meetups.
