Provide design guidance for Data Center infrastructure expansion of the AWS cloud across the EMEA region. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Real Estate, Construction, Public Policy, Energy, Procurement, and Permitting, to evaluate and develop an engineering strategy. Drive alignment across the business on key decisions such as build type, DC cooling strategy, long-lead equipment procurement, site selection, and risk mitigation. Work closely with the AWS regional finance team to create the Profit & Loss Assessment for the region\'s launch.
