Responsible for maintenance and 24x7 Support of multi-terabyte databases (Oracle 11G, 12C,19C) in production, testing and development RAC environments hosted on Solaris, Linux servers.Installation, upgrade and patching of databases from Oracle 12c to 19c, from AIX to Linux VM, using different strategies like Datapump, TTS, OGG, RMAN, Hot clone, Unplug & Plug, DBLink, etc.Build and rebuild STANDBY databases with DGBroker and FSFO in RAC environment. RMAN full backup and level 0, 1, and 2 backups, and database recovery. Data Pump Export/Import to refresh database, schemas or tables. Discover new database from Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), setup RMAN backup and lifecycle, configure agent, and setup metrics to monitor database performance.Generate AWR/ASH/ADDM, use Optimizer/Execution Plan, to diagnose and fix SQL and PL/SQL related issues to improve database performance and recommend Applications code rewrites. Setup Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) for large database migration. Configure manager, extract, data pump and replicate. Trouble shooting ggs process abend, out of sync, check ggserr.log and use ggsci view report. Effectively decrease OGG lag by using heartbeat table, split function, batchsql, OGG parameter.Create DR Plan per new database as a standard practice to do quarterly DR test.Perform GO LIVE cutover migration support and validation from application team, ensure TNS effective or GTM switch over, all services up, sqlnet configured properly, dblink created, all jobs resumed, etc.Oracle Wallet Manager for HTTPS certificates and Oracle 12c, 11g ACL features for SMTP, HTTP, etc.Write PL/SQL and UNIX shell scripts to automate database functions.Database Capacity Management and Resource Planning, request storage and add to ASM disk group.Remedy to create and manage Service Requests, Incidents, Change Requests, and Projects.Open SR to Oracle for any issue not able to fix.Provide on-call support in adherence to specific business and customer Servic
