It\'s about making sure our plan is smart and ready to adapt to what\'s happening in the industry.Products evaluation for Service:Looking at different products to see which ones match up with our service plan. We want product that work well with the FinOps framework, can grow with us, and meet the needs of the folks we\'re targeting.Service Design, Formation & Launch:Leading the way in making our service from start to finish and getting it out there. This means turning our big goals into practical plans, getting the service ready, and introducing it to the market.Service Development Roadmap:Making a roadmap that lays out all the steps for developing our FinOps – Cloud CFM service.
