   Building Raincoat, a privacy first, AI powered, weather based outfit recommendation app.• Architected a client-side ML pipeline using ONNX Runtime Web, combining YOLOv8n (clothing detection), U²-Net (background removal), and FashionCLIP (512D embeddings) for private, on device inference.• Trained a YOLOv8n model on over 10K images, to achieve personalized multi category detection• Developed a hybrid recommendation system blending AI semantic similarity (pgvector cosine search) with rule based weather mappings for contextual outfit generation.• Built a Rails 8 API backend with PostgreSQL + pgvector, Redis caching, and Active Storage, integrating live data from WeatherAPI.com.• Designed a full model preparation workflow: dataset curation, PyTorch to ONNX conversion, label embedding generation, and progressive WebGPU/WASM inference optimization.• Led end- to-end architecture from database schema and Dockerized services to a Next.js TypeScript frontend implementation.Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails 8, PostgreSQL (pgvector), Redis, Python, Docker, ONNX Runtime Web, YOLOv8, U²-Net, FashionCLIP, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
