I’m a human-centred design leader with 25+ years across the digital spectrum—starting as a designer/developer, progressing to Creative Director and board member, and now focusing on UX & service design for charities, health and education.At Reason Digital (2021–present) I design and research inclusive services for the third sector—bringing accessibility, trauma-informed methods and clear design systems to complex problems.
