ABOUT RUFONDA MOSS

I have numerous years of program/project management, financial, compliance auditing, contract auditing, analytical and IT investment/portfolio management experience supporting Federal Government clients to include both the legislative and executive branches. Recently, I have provided input and assisted with the implementation of updated and enhanced Attorney General Guidelines Baseline Safeguards (BSG) auditing and reporting processes. This allowed for better support as it related to more extensive and timely auditing requirements have significantly matured the center’s compliance regime and allow for significantly more timely audits. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in the management and development of Enterprise IT Capital Planning and Governance documentation and procedures, ensuring compliance with the rigorous standards set by OMB, GAO, ISO,PMI, and Departmental guidance. I also have a thorough knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution exercises and processes. My demonstrated core competencies include: Program and Project Management, CPIC, IT Portfolio Management, Contract Auditing, Audit Readiness, Risk Management, Acquisition Management, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, IV & V, EVM, and Performance Measurements. I am also skilled in the areas of systems integration, systems engineering, policy, records management, and performance and business management. I can also independently plan, execute and report on tasks as identified by the client. I also possess excellent written and oral communication skills and can perform in a team environment.
