   I established and currently lead the Global USCIS Scheduling team – a talented and passionate group of developers and a UI/UX designer – using Agile, hypothesis-driven development with iteration, and rigorous data analytics to build critical systems that support USCIS Officers assisting Asylum seekers and Refugees in the U.S. immigration process. As the voice of our users and through observing the experiences of Asylum applicants, we rebuilt systems and streamlined workflows to meet the complex needs of the immigration process. We drastically improved data accessibility and system performance through the thoughtful application of data integrations, flexible, scalable interfaces and by streamlining the backend to support any portfolio with minimal effort.
