As a Senior Customer Success Manager, my primary responsibility is to ensure the success of our customers by providing proactive and strategic guidance on the use of our malware threat intelligence platform.At PolySwarm, I have the exciting opportunity to help build and shape our Customer Success direction and process. From onboarding and engagement to red account tracking, renewal ownership, partner enablement, and customer feedback, I am committed to implementing a comprehensive approach that addresses all aspects of customer success.My overall responsibilities include- Implementing Customer Success processes, including onboarding, regular engagement, adoption, and CRM management- Building strong relationships with our enterprise customers to understand their business goals and challenges- Working with customers to develop a strategic plan for the use of our platform to achieve their goals- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Developing a deep understanding of our product and effectively communicating its value proposition- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met- Advocating for our customers and providing feedback to our product and engineering teams for continuous improvement- Driving customer adoption and growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.I am passionate about driving customer success and look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to help our customers achieve their business objectives.
