About Rue Hyder
To me, learning and making an impact is everything! That\'s why I loved engineering as it presents challenges that require attention to detail and curiosity in order to make it better. I wanted to invent and discover new technologies and advance in the field of science!By aiming high, I learned not only how things work, but why we need them as well. This gave me the power to build my own applications and also add a little zing. I choose computer science as I wanted to study computation, automation, and information that spans theoretical disciplines such as algorithms, theory of computation, information theory, and data science, to practical disciplines like including the design and implementation of hardware and software. I love numbers! I always loved reading statistical data so I choose Data Science as my discipline as it uses scientific methods, processes, algorithms and systems to extract or extrapolate knowledge and insights from noisy, structured and unstructured data and apply knowledge from data across a broad range of application domains. I hope to use my knowledge to add to the world of science and innovation!Now that I know where I\'m heading, here are a few values and characteristics about me- I am curious- I am attentive and observant - I care about people- I always know I have room to improve and learn!I love meeting new people, feel free to reach out to me for questions or if you want to grab some coffee!
