As a manager I have 17+ years of creating a psychologically safe and productive space for my arts admin staff. As a counselor I am professional, compassionate, and authentic with my clients. I help them discover who they are and get to know themselves. I want my clients to feel seen, be heard, and develop their sense of efficacy towards their own personal growth and change.
