Download CSV Receipt Files from Client’s website • Reconcile Receipts to Customer’s records using Excel • Apply all Cash to Clients Accounts • File Claims for both Short Payments Received • Review and Resolve all Customer’s Queries • Ensure Subsidiary Company Payments and Credits are processed Daily • Reconcile Parent Company to Subsidiary Prior to Month-end • Ensure all Invoices are Validated Prior to Month-end and Correction made to Client’s Accounts
