As the Chief Information Security Officer and strategic advisor, I built and matured Information Security programs for multiple banks allowing business growth, maintained regulatory compliance, and provided secure environments. As the Chief Information Security Officer of Pacific Premier Bank, I built the Information Security program allowing Pacific Premier Bank to grow from $1.3B to $20B in assets all while maintaining regulatory compliance and a secure environment for the bank and its customers. As an innovation strategist, I aligned to the bank\'s growth strategy and developed the security strategic roadmap in order to grow the bank to $100B in assets and meet future regulatory requirements.Prior to Pacific Premier Bank, I worked at a consulting firm, Compushare, specialized on serving banks and financial institutions. During my tenure at Compushare, I helped regional banks with their Information Technology, Compliance, Information Security, vendor management, and business continuity needs. In addition to helping our customer achieve their business goals, I achieved for our clients satisfactory technology and security audit and examination ratings. Prior to Compushare, I worked in several Fortune 500 companies helping achieve their business goals through secure technology. My industry experience encompasses medical, education, e-commerce, and the financial sector.I\'m also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).
