I‘m a highly experienced and results-oriented Service Design Lead / Design Strategist / UX Lead / Art Director, combining solid design process with broad strategic thinking, abundant creativity and technical expertise.My aim is to achieve quantifiable success by taking a human-centred, service-oriented approach, examining your product\'s entire lifespan & ecosystem and your customer\'s entire end-to-end journey. Then to co-create solutions with your customers, staff and stakeholders, and finally to rapid prototype in order to arrive at a design solution you can be confident will combine optimal usefulness, usability and engagement.I have applied these principles in healthcare (Surrey Heartlands), telco (Orange/EE), government (DfE, MCLHG, Defra, MoJ & LAA), retail (Musgrave, Hammerson), in media (BBC, Endemol, Channel 4, Virgin Media, Sky TV, Turner Broadcasting), in tech (Microsoft), in automotive (Shell, Volkswagen) and in M&A (Cisco)A wide range of experiences has equipped me with the expertise for successful deployment of design process & methods to help solve the most complex of business problems – and the experience to do it even in the most challenging of environments. Not only nursing your product or service all the way through from requirements gathering, to prototyping, to specification, to art direction for UI & interaction design, but deploying user-centred methods to ensure you had the right thinking to arrive at the right product or service in the first place.I\'m an original thinker, a leader and a motivator, with extensive experience of building teams, managing projects, liaising between business, technical and design teams, managing clients and championing design at every level of your organisation.
