Sawgrass Capital Partners, LLC is an asset management firm focused on raising investor capital to buy undervalued real estate assets and emerging small businesses in the central United States. In addition to a dozen mobile home parks, in 2021 we purchased the franchise rights for All Dry Services, Twin Cities, a water, mold and fire restoration business. In Fall of 2022 we raised investor capital to acquire the franchise rights to EverLine Coatings Twin Cities, a parking lot line striping and services business. We will begin EverLine operations in early 2023 and we expect to acquire other emerging small businesses soon.
