As the Green Jobs Outreach Coordinator my responsibilities include: developing a media & outreach strategy, recruiting, and sourcing of identified qualified applicants for our project. I supervise a team of ten outreach workers as well as work within a team that supports candidates accepted to the Green Jobs Initiative. The Green Jobs initiative is a 21 credit hour college certification program with Wright College that prepares unemployed, dislocated or on the bench construction workers, engineers, electricians or heating and cooling workers that are interested in \"greening up\" their skills for the Green economy.
