Performing durability related projects on Front axle, Rear Axle and E-Axle assembly, Cabin (BIW & Door), Chassis, Steering system, Interior and Exterior trim assembly to check the strength and durability under vehicle level and system level loading conditions. Using tools Hypermesh for modelling and solvers Abaqus, Optistruct and Nastran to perform Linear, Non- Linear Static (Wheel rim Joint integrity, Fig8, 3g Beaming test, Gravity loading, Dimpling, Modal, FRA, ADT, RLDA Analysis, etc.) and calculate fatigue life using FEMFAT (Panel and spots) and nCode (mostly seam weld and rain flow counting).
