MSRP Recommendation Engine | Python, ML, Fleet Pricing Algorithm- Developed a Pricing Algorithm based on real-time booking data to efficiently price 14 different fleets while maximizing the yield/revenue- Utilized a bagged ensemble of RF, GBM, & Average Remaining models to predict the Program Member Bookings with an RMSE of ~1.9 and 71% accuracy- Incorporated Program Forecast, Fleet Availability projection, & Booking Curves to design a pricing recommender engine with control bands & tested it out via simulation on historical dataSageMaker ML Forecast Pipeline | AWS, SageMaker, ML Pipelines- With a goal to predict expected remaining bookings for a fleet and sourcing data from an S3 bucket, I utilized SageMaker data pre-processing, training, & evaluation to register the model to Model Registry- Set up Model Monitoring script to save metrics from every model update to monitor model quality via RMSE & R-squared. Further set up a data quality monitoring script to capture min, max, mean metrics for incoming model features from the Feature Store- Completed the loop with AWS Lambda & EventBridge to schedule the output to a spreadsheet as well as a daily automated email to the team via AWS SES- Implemented AutoML to the Program Member Booking forecast replacing the bagged ensemble model & achieve an RMSE of ~1.4 and 78% accuracy-> Leadership in Knowledge Sharing and ML Ops Education: Pioneered the \'Knowledge Cafe\' initiative, conducting 8 cross-functional sessions to share data science insights with product, ops, and data teams. Led presentations on ML Ops, detailing its implementation, and educated peers on SageMaker AutoML\'s capabilities, including Model Monitoring and Deployment
