App Modernization at Lincoln Financial Group:As a Senior Principal Solution Architect from LTIMindtree, I led the Retirement Plan Service (RPS) Tower and the architectural POD of the 9212 program. I spearheaded the generative AI initiatives, introducing zero-shot prompts to automate code and app conversions, streamline unit test case creation, and accelerate migration processes, achieving 30-40% cost savings. I also implemented SageMaker with classification and regression models to automate business processes and recently introduced agentic workflows to LFG. Additionally, I designed a custom database-based Role-Based Access Control Application, which provides fine-grained access control to applications, APIs, and reports, even restricting unauthorized API testing from Postman. I defined several serverless architectural patterns for RPS Tower\'s internal applications and guided the team in developing new design patterns and corresponding CDKs.2. ANZ Bank OCP Project:As a Principal Solution Architect, I provided architectural solutions to enable micro-services for ANZ’s Online Customer Portal (OCP) platform using the strangler design pattern. Initially, the micro-service solution ran on Redhat OpenShift 4.9 (on-prem) before migrating to AWS EKS. I integrated the OCP platform with other micro-sites like GoldTire (KYC), LoanIQ (loan sanction system), and other downstream applications, utilizing Apache Kafka for event-based messaging.
