Perform host and/or network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.• Conduct and manage incident response investigations for organizations, investigating cyber threats such as the Ransomware, Business Email Compromise, Cloud/Network Compromise, Unauthorized access, Insider Threat, Vulnerability Exploitation, Litigation support, etc.• Collect Computer Forensic Images and analyze them using forensic tools like Axiom, Kape, FTK Imager, Volatility in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise. • Perform Network Forensic Analysis using the knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools like Bro/Zeek or Suricata, as well as perform analysis of associated network logs including Firewall, NetFlow, Network IDS.• Leverage CrowdStrike EDR, Splunk, Elastic stack to carry out the investigation and hunt for the cyber threats to identify anomalous events in a large set of data.• Perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis as needed.• Develop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large sets of data.• Conduct Cloud Incident Response investigations on AWS, Azure, GCP environment using incident response methodologies.• communicate executive and/or detailed level findings to clients. In addition, communicate tasks, guidance, and methodology with internal teams.• Work under the direction of external counsel to conduct intrusion investigations.• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel.
