Build robust collaboration with the Global AI team to develop, implement, and adopt Reusable libraries, standards and best practices and meet business expectations in scaled AI production runs across functional use cases.(2) Focus on Talent Development, bring key technical leadership roles in India with the right mix of technical upskilling, mentorship, and global partnership. Bring confidence in the team to drive ownership of projects, initiatives to be led from India side and seamless collaborate with Global team on innovation and new tooling developments.(3) Develop the strategic vision and roadmap for both Core ML Ops and Agentic Ops to make General Mills ready for the future AI adoption. Develop keyways of working – DE vs MLEs, incorporate the MLE Domain Lead construct for structured supervision, empowered task ownership and successful governance of ML Solutions. Advocacy for “Adoption Champion” and other programs to promote organic adoption of new technical tooling among the organization
