About Rudra Arora
I’m currently pursuing a BBA with a specialization in Banking & Finance, actively building experience in the investment space through my internship at a private equity firm and research assistantship at IILM University. My academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of capital markets, private equity, and sustainability — areas where I can apply data-driven analysis to long-term value creation. At present, I’m involved in market and sector research, content writing, and financial data analysis, with opportunities to gradually take on more analytical responsibilities. I’ve also presented and published research on topics such as ESG investing and policy evaluation (NEP 2020), and assist in academic research focused on the roles of FIIs and DIIs in India’s stock market. I’m committed to following a high-performance career path in global finance — grounded in discipline, research, and real-world learning. Over the next few years, I plan to gain hands-on experience in investment roles, pursue a Master’s abroad, and explore cross-border opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
