I’m a Process and Optimization Manager at Carnival Cruise Line with a passion for creating clarity, improving systems, and elevating the operational experience for both guests and internal teams. I thrive in roles where I can streamline workflows, optimize cross-functional processes, and bring people together around shared goals.In my current role, I support both shoreside and shipboard operations, partnering closely with Fleet Managers, ShorEx teams, outside counsel, and business partners to drive efficiency and ensure alignment. I manage the Joint Defense Agreement (JDA) process, coordinate operational updates, and lead the development of procedures that enhance accuracy, compliance, and guest experience.I also host MiamiConnect, a social and networking series that strengthens community within our corporate office, reflecting my belief that strong relationships are essential to great operational outcomes.My strengths include organized, solutions-focused problem solving, clear and confident communication, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
