I am a solutions finder and often seen as the expert to-go leader in all aspects of Trade Finance, in particular Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Reimbursement Undertakings and Loan Products, including structured and insurance wrapped trade loans.As the team leader, I managed and guided the origination of a profitable, diversified, dynamic, short-term multi billion dollar trade loan portfolio; no losses. I built a close and trusted relationship with the major Agricultural Commodity Trading Houses and enjoy finding solutions for clients that have complex or difficult transactions.    In alignment with the firm’s strategy, created short and long-term business plans and executed these plans successfully.• Built and managed a multi-billion dollar portfolio of Trade Risk with annual double digit annual revenue growth rates without significant losses. • End-to-end responsibility for client on- boarding, product offerings, P&L and headcount. • Global point of contact in originating and managing the Commodity Credit Corporation GSM-102 export guarantee program allowing the firm to achieve and maintain its top tier market position. • Initiator of the co-operation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) with respect to trade loans to banks in Latin America. • Negotiated all Master Trade Loan Agreements for FI’s and Commodity Traders for the New York booking location. • Represented the firm regularly in banking industry conferences e.g. BAFT, SWIFT, FELABAN and IADB.
