Their goal is to be a one-stop shop helping businesses increase uptime, improve productivity, and lower total cost of ownership.The \"FinSimple\" vision is to make financing for commercial vehicles and related services incredibly simple, fast, and tailored to the unique needs of businesses. This vision enables financing to be an enabler for businesses to grow and operate efficiently, not a roadblock.Currently, I serve as Software Engineering Anchor and Lead Front End Developer. I am a dedicated problem solver and hands-on software creator. I build and guide user-facing product development, making critical architectural decisions, solving complex performance issues, and ensuring the software delivers tangible value at scale to commercial customers.My primary responsibility involves leveraging web development expertise to enhance the customer payments experience. I\'m passionate about software development, prioritizing secure, high-quality, maintainable solutions by adhering to SOLID principles and taking a purposeful approach for impactful results. A significant part of my work involves proactive collaboration, regularly engaging with other FordPro teams. This collaborative environment allows for shared problem-solving, where I contribute to mentoring, refining features, diagnosing/resolving issues, driving new project enhancements, and facilitating technology migrations. I keep an eye on project deadlines and deliverables to ensure we meet our goals effectively.Previous work includes Anchor and Lead Front End Developer on multiple other FordPro FinSimple teams.
