I do corporate business strategy in our Azure line of business at Microsoft. I am Accountable for business planning, field enablement, pipeline acceleration, and global programs for the Azure VMWare Solutions (AVS) Product in Azure. I use vast data sets across platform telemetry, sales pipelines, and consumed revenue to identify patterns and trends for new programs. Programs enable our cloud solution architects, field sellers, engineering, product, and marketing teams to execute. I establish KPIs, field skilling resources, and conduct executive oversight of the business through MBRs. • Author and deliver monthly business reviews (MBRs) with customer trends and various analysis for EVPs and CVPs • Programmatically coordinate and resolved pursuit blocking items across Azure Cloud Services through cross-functional scrum execution with engineering, product, marketing, and sellers • Help define role progression for cloud solution architects, continually refining to meet business needs (skilling, accreditation, leveling, KPIs, etc) • Develop and deliver field programs to support acceleration of Azure consumption • Established VMWare partnership for Customer Success acceleration for AVS: Azure VMWare Solutions
