As an account manager, I am assuming responsibility for a number of accounts in the telecoms field such as Wave2M, DIGITALEUROPE or OpenLambdaInitiative, oversee the work of account executives and be a key person in charge of budgets and administration.As Account Manager for our Forapolis Portal Platform, I assesses the needs of the business unit’s CustomerSupport organization to lead and manage the Support portal.This includes managing bug-fixes and new feature enhancements forquarterly releases in addition to being the lead for the business unit’s. This individual works with end users, developers, third-party software companies, internal IT and management to plan and manage the portal to enable Support to fulfill business goals and objectives.
